Steady Calls is a service of Trie Technologies, based in Ivyland, Pennsylvania. This page explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts and no advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us, either through the review request form or by email: your name, company, trade, phone number, email address, best times to talk, and any message you include.

When you submit the request form, its contents are emailed to Trie Technologies. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use your information

We use the information you send only to reply to you, schedule a call, and talk with you about our services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we use to receive and handle email, or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep form submissions and emails only as long as needed to work with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to hello@steadycallshq.com.
